Policies will be enforced and non compliance will result in refusal of services. No makeup or mascara to any appointment. You will be subject to an extra charge, refusal of service, or removal of the set. There is a $15 late fee added to any late appointments. After 10 minutes, appointment will be automatically cancelled. See cancellation policy for details. Before/after hour appointments/squeeze ins are available with a $25 fee. Cancellation Policy
Cancelations & rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to appointment time.
Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service.
No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the service and must pre-pay for any future appointments.
All fees and charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
