Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the service. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service. All fees and charges are non-refundable, and non-transferable. A new deposit must be paid in order to rebook an appointment cancelled within the 24 hour window.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the appointment, and any remaining time will be based on the original appointment duration.
